We had such good times together. The almost-weekly dinners we shared when we all lived so close together. Watching Brent whip whipped cream by hand or make a pavlova...that takes skill. I loved working with him in the kitchen. Such a great trip to Templeton for the Pinot and Paella festival. I was inspired by Brent’s devotion to his students. He made such a difference to so many kids. Many of them were going down the wrong path and he was able to steer them in right direction. He led by example. His spirit will always be with us.
